8.1 Our team adheres to strict handling and quality-control processes. In the event that an item is damaged while in our care, we will compensate up to a maximum of £40 per item. Claims must be made at the time of delivery.

8.2 Items with delicate materials, embellishments, or decorations (such as leather, beading, buckles, or trims) are cleaned at the customer’s own risk.

8.3 Our vehicles are covered by goods-in-transit insurance while transporting your laundry.
